About FormRill
FormRill is an independent product built by a small team. It gives static sites, site builders and AI-built apps a place to send their forms, so a message from a stranger reliably reaches the person who needs it.
Why it exists
More sites than ever are static: generated by Astro or Hugo, exported from Framer, or written in an afternoon by an AI coding tool. They look finished, but the contact form often posts nowhere. The fix shouldn’t be a server you have to maintain.
A rill is a small stream. FormRill is the stream between your form and wherever you work: your inbox, Telegram, a spreadsheet, a CRM or a webhook.
What we believe
- Never silently drop a submission.
Every submission is saved before anything else happens. If an email or webhook fails, it is logged, you are told, and you can send it again.
- A free tier that does the real job.
Form-to-email, unlimited forms and spam protection are free. Storage, the delivery log, failure alerts and retry are free on every plan. Routing to Google Sheets, webhooks and CRMs is Pro, free during the beta.
- Protection without puzzles.
Today that is a hidden honeypot field: bots that fill it are caught and real visitors never see a challenge.
- Honest status.
Anything not built yet is labelled “Coming soon”, and the changelog lists what is live.
- A backend, not a form builder.
You design the form, in whatever tool you like. We make sure what people send reaches you.
How we work
- Honest status. Anything not built yet is labelled “Coming soon” across the site. The changelog lists what’s live.
- No invented proof. We are early. You won’t find made-up logos, counters or testimonials here.
- Your data is yours. We never sell it and never use it to train AI models. See privacy and security.
