What happens if I go over my monthly limit?
Going over your limit never loses a lead. We keep accepting and storing every submission, email you at 80% and 100%, and give you 7 days to upgrade before new ones are held. “Held” means stored and visible in your dashboard, but not emailed or sent to your automations until you upgrade. During the beta no limit is enforced.
Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No. Enter your email and you get a working form URL. The free plan has no time limit.
How long are submissions kept?
History limits aren’t enforced yet during the beta: submissions stay until you delete them. After launch, Free keeps 30 days.
Will there be a yearly discount?
Yes. Pay yearly and get 2 months free. Pro will be $90 a year.
Will paid plans have a refund policy?
Yes. 14-day money-back guarantee on paid plans, no questions asked.
Can I cancel anytime?
Cancel anytime. You drop back to Free at the end of your billing period and keep your forms.
Who handles VAT and sales tax?
Payments run through a merchant of record that handles VAT and sales tax.
Can I start free and upgrade later?
Yes. Your form URL stays the same on every plan, so nothing in your HTML changes when you upgrade.
