A Web3Forms alternative with no access key to paste
Web3Forms works by adding an access key to a hidden input in your form. FormRill has no key field: the form URL is the whole integration. The free plan covers 500 submissions a month instead of 250, and webhooks and Google Sheets are free during the beta.
What Web3Forms is
Web3Forms is a form-to-email service: you create an access key, add it to your form, and submissions are emailed to you with no server or backend code. It is free to start, with paid plans for heavier use.
What to know before you choose
- Web3Forms states its free plan is limited to 250 submissions per month plus basic features.
- File uploads, autoresponders, webhooks and Google Sheets are listed as paid-plan features.

What FormRill gives you
- Never lose a submission. Every submission is saved before anything is delivered, so a failed email or webhook can’t lose it. Every delivery is logged, failures email you, and failed deliveries are retried automatically for about a day, or whenever you press Retry now. Free on every plan.
- One click to email. Your first form already sends to your inbox. If your form has an email field, Reply goes straight to the visitor.
- Route it anywhere. Telegram is free. Google Sheets, WhatsApp, webhooks, n8n and your CRM are Pro features, free during the beta.
- No CAPTCHA. A hidden honeypot field catches bots and keeps them in a Spam folder, out of your inbox.
Switching from Web3Forms

Questions
Is FormRill’s form URL safe to put in public HTML?
Yes. The form URL is unguessable and can only submit. Reading submissions needs your separate login. You can also restrict which domains a form accepts (Pro feature, free during the beta).
Do I need a separate access key?
No. The form URL is all you add to your HTML.
Can I send to Google Sheets?
Yes. It’s a Pro feature, free during the beta. Each submission becomes a new row through a small Apps Script you own. See the Google Sheets guide.
What happens if I go past 500 submissions?
Over your limit? We keep storing every submission, email you at 80% and 100%, and give you 7 days to upgrade.
