Send form submissions to your CRM via webhook
Turn submissions into leads in your CRM. FormRill posts each submission as JSON to your CRM’s inbound webhook URL, so it works with HubSpot, Pipedrive or any CRM with a webhook URL. There is no native CRM connection or login: you paste the URL, we POST to it.
Set it up
- Create a form in the FormRill dashboard. It takes one click and gives you a form URL.
- Add the CRM via webhook automation. Add a CRM automation and paste your CRM’s inbound webhook URL.
- Paste the form URL into your HTML form’s
action. Submissions start flowing on the next submit.

- If your CRM expects its own field names, put n8n or Make in between to map the fields, then create the contact or deal there.
- Failed deliveries are logged with the CRM’s response and can be retried, so a CRM outage does not cost you a lead.
One form can use several automations at once, for example email and a webhook together. Every submission is stored before any of them run.
