Send form submissions to Telegram

Get a Telegram message the moment someone submits your form, with every field in the message. It uses a bot you create, so messages come from your bot into your chat or group.

Set it up

  1. Create a form in the FormRill dashboard. It takes one click and gives you a form URL.
  2. Add the Telegram automation. Add a Telegram automation and paste your bot token and chat ID.
  3. Paste the form URL into your HTML form’s action. Submissions start flowing on the next submit.
